2020 Review

Like many others, I started the year with a new planner and was getting stoked to make plans and crush 2020; little did any of us know, 2020 would be one for the history books. While I didn’t have survive on my goals list, it is one that I managed to accomplish.

New site, who dis?

I’ve been meaning to update my site for a while now but never made the time. I recently came across some extra free time (see laid off due to Covid-19) and figured now seems like a good time.

In the fast-paced world of front-end development, there is no standing still. At the same time, it can be very overwhelming to try and keep up with all the new frameworks, the new javascript features and so on. Below I have some tips on how I do my best to stay up on all of this.

Looking Back at 2016, and Goals for 2017

2016 was a really great year. I continued to increase my JS skills, worked on a handful of great projects at work, launched a weekly newsletter for developers, got a dog, and had a pretty good year for DVLPR.
